Delivery, payment and order pickup terms for Dasty orders.
Delivery
Nova Poshta
Orders are delivered by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine wherever the carrier’s services are available.
At checkout, you can choose a convenient Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker.
Delivery is paid by the recipient at the current Nova Poshta rates. Shipping costs are not included in the order total.
Please note! Orders are stored at the Nova Poshta branch for 7 days. After this period, uncollected orders are returned to the sender.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a waybill (tracking) number so you can track your parcel.
Payment
Payment by bank transfer
Orders are paid in full (100% of the product price) to the company’s IBAN account.
Payment details are provided to the customer after the order is placed.
Your order is handed over for shipping once the payment has been confirmed.
Shipping costs are not included in the payment for the products and are paid separately by the recipient at the carrier’s rates.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
