Returning products of proper quality
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and other applicable Ukrainian legislation.
Food products of proper quality are not eligible for exchange or return in the cases provided for by applicable Ukrainian legislation.
If there is a problem with your order
If you received:
- a product of inadequate quality;
- a damaged product;
- a product that does not match your order,
please contact us and we will resolve the issue in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
Inspecting your order on delivery
We recommend checking the condition of the products and the integrity of the packaging when picking up your order at the carrier’s branch or receiving it from the courier.
If you notice any damage upon receipt, we recommend documenting it and notifying the carrier’s staff.
